Our program

The Drug Court of NSW has rules that set out:

• who can come to the Drug Court and take part in a program
  
• how the courts refer people
• what a person must and must not do while taking part in a program.

This section describes in detail the Drug Court's program - from selecting eligible participants to addressing drug dependency and living skills.
